What to Include in Your Request

Please include the following information in your deletion request:

• Your full name
• Your email address associated with the ATHLIX account
• Academy name, if applicable
• A clear request to delete your account and associated data

What Data May Be Deleted

• User account information
• Profile information
• Academy user access
• App usage data associated with the account
• Uploaded profile images or documents, when applicable

What Data May Be Retained

ATHLIX may retain certain information when necessary to comply with legal, tax, billing, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or regulatory obligations.

Examples may include:

• Billing records
• Subscription history
• Payment transaction references
• Legal or compliance records
• Security logs
• Records required to resolve disputes or enforce our Terms

Retention Period

Some records may be retained for as long as required by applicable law, accounting rules, tax obligations, security requirements, or legitimate business purposes.

Processing Time

We will review deletion requests and respond within a reasonable period of time. We may need to verify your identity before processing the request.
